Qualified applicants will have knowledge of teaching K-readiness skills including instructional individual, small and large group activities.

20 ratio based classroom, being creative, kind, loving, reliable and can work well with others is a must.
Other job expectations include but are not limited to; ongoing care for children's every day needs, guiding children in developmental skills, ability to work a full time schedule (36-40 hrs/week), cleaning, ability to lift & of course interacting & playing with children.
Duck Pond Day Care is a play based childcare and preschool center with children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
