The Big Task We're looking for a customer service representative that can help us grow with increasing demand.
Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound phone calls and convert them into appointments.
Secondarily, you'll be booking appointments on as-needed basis by booking outbound calls.

Happy customers lead to repeat business and referrals; we can never have too many of these calls.
Confidence and a positive, can-do attitude is a must.
Customers need to know that you're in control of the situation and will take great care of them.
Success is measured by booking the call.
Sometimes that takes place in the face of customer questions and concerns.
We will teach you what to expect and how to handle this.
Taking the above one step further, we want you to book the call in such a way that customers feel confident they've made a good decision.

Qualifications Passion for customer service High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with exceptional follow-through Experience with computers, particularly Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn operational and consumer relation management (CRM) software with training What We Offer Pay scale:
$20-25 per hour based on ability, attitude, experience, and performance Paid performance bonuses and commissions Paid time off:
