Role DescriptionAssisting Life Home Care Services LLC, located in Milford, CT, is seeking a Home Health Aide for a full-time, on-site role.
The Home Health Aide will provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, and light housekeeping to individuals in their homes.
The Home Health Aide will also provide companionship and respite care as needed.
Qualifications Certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent Experience in home care or related field Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs Knowledge of home safety and infection control procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and kneeling Recommended Skills Communication Home Care Housekeeping Infection Control Receptive Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
