We currently have exciting opening Per Diem position for FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST.

Answering front desk telephone and making reservations, as needed Assisting guests with any questions, concerns.
Communicating with colleagues taking messages and Pass on information Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.
Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents medical needs.
Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed basis to cover vacations and Call outs Requirements Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards residents, colleagues and guests.
Resident and Guest First approach.
Previous front desk reception experience preferred Experience in scheduling transportation appointments a plus Benefit Job Type:
