Answering front desk telephone and making reservations, as neededAssisting guests with any questions, concerns.
Communicating with colleagues taking messages and Pass on informationProvide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.
Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents medical needs.
Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or HolidaysAble to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed basis to cover vacations and Call outs RequirementsStrong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards residents, colleagues and guests.
Resident and Guest First approach.
Previous front desk reception experience preferredExperience in scheduling transportation appointments a plus BenefitJob Type:
