Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Daily reconciliations on cash accounts.
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Assist with audits and tax returns.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Preferred Experience of Staff Accountant:
Proven at least 3
years of experience as accountant.
Hands-on experience with accounting software packages.
MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Self-Motivated, analytical, and strong organizational skills.
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to use good judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
