Are you an HVAC Rock Star?

One of my technicians, who is a Rock Star as an HVAC technician, recently told me I could not be happier man, I ain't going anywhere. I love it here and will finish my career here.
We discussed it further and this is what he said about why he loves working with our team -

1) He gets guaranteed hours for the year (so that he doesn't have to worry about not working enough to pay his bills) but we don't burn him out by overworking him during the extreme temperatures.
2) He gets a top hourly wage. I know he is a skilled technician who can fix whatever problem jobs I send him on w/out callbacks. And he produces revenue from doing such a quality job. So, of course, he deserves to be paid well for that.
3) He gets some kind of performance bonus on a regular bonus. If he exceeds the revenue we expect or he refers a customer to a salesman and a new system is sold, he gets a bonus. He gets one almost every single week.
4) He doesn't have to be on call at all Mon - Fri. He has to take Sat & Sun sporadically - that's it. And we are looking to find a technician to cover weekends so there is no on call in the future.
5) He has a brand new vehicle that gets regular service so he knows it's reliable.
6) We don't try to overwork him. I don't want to be all things to all people or run every single service call I can cram into a day. He knows that we try to make sure our technicians have time to spend w/ customers and do a thorough job. And we want our technicians to enjoy their life in addition to their jobs.

I am definitely looking to hire another Rock Star HVAC technician. Is that you?

If so - contact me today and let's talk about whether this is the place where you will finish your career.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
