We are looking for Experienced Loan Officers in Connecticut; New York (Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, Bronx, New York, Queens, Kings, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk Counties); and Southern Florida (Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties)
As a Loan Officer you will:
Take mortgage applications, conduct preliminary underwriting reviews, and submit loan applications to processing
Remain the front line contact with the customer and realtors for follow up documentation needed to approve and close the loan
Develop referral relationships with realtors, builders, bankers and other sources for the purpose of originating residential loans through ongoing sales efforts
Requirements:
Must have good computer skills including MS Office applications
Encompass experience is a plus
Believe that individually you are good, and on the right team you can be great
1 - 3 years related experience
Ability to manage flow of files; properly handle time sensitive documents, and to work independently, handling basic problem resolution as necessary.
