We are looking for an entry level Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives including content marketing, market research, email marketing, and promotional products. The marketing analyst reports to the Marketing Director, and will work as a critical component of the five-person marketing team. In addition to implementing marketing initiatives, the Marketing Analyst will perform weekly and monthly analytics on web traffic and conversions to draw conclusions on how to effectively improve Total Mortgage's presence on the web and share of voice. The Marketing Analyst will learn, develop important skills, and gain proficiencies in today's most advanced and commonly used marketing platforms.

Responsibilities / Functions:
Research and write daily or weekly blogs
Strategize what messages and content will be most effective in our email marketing outreach
Build and compile email lists and send content to those lists regularly
Implement and analyze social media advertising campaigns
Check web analytics regularly and interpret to generate actionable recommendations
Perform keyword and link building research to support our SEO efforts
Create and distribute post-closing surveys
Strategize and order promotional products
Learn through doing and by educating yourself through our educational platforms
Develop valuable skill-set that can eventually be transitioned to a higher role
Other duties as assigned
Personal Traits / Competencies:
Broad knowledge and experience in marketing fundamentals and principles
Applicant must be fast learner and self-starter
Creative minds preferred.
Critical thinking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines are a must.
Strong motivation, communication, and organizational skills required.
Ability to collaborate and work as a team with others to accomplish difficult projects.

Technical / Computer Skills:
o Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Experience with Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, or Adwords preferred.

Education and
Experience:
o Degree or equivalent
Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred
o Years of
Experience: 0-3 years of experience
o Google Analytics and Adwords certifications or Inbound Certification is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
