Recruiter
Aquinas Consulting seeks a Recruiter to join us in our Milford, Connecticut office.
Recruiter Responsibilities include:
- Recruit candidates and present them to open job orders
- Utilize the internet to perform candidate searches on job boards and LinkedIn
- Create candidate submission and placement reports.
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal Recruiter will have knowledge of e-mail applications (Outlook); proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and the willingness and confidence to speak on the telephone and conduct face-to-face interviews.
